Custom Italian kitchens, vanities, and countertops for 355-unit luxury multifamily residence
We decided we wanted to update the look of our apartments by installing custom closets through Modular Closets. We have received a lot of feedback from very happy residents with the amount of additional space the custom closets created! As the property manager, I found it so easy to work with the Modular Closet office team to coordinate the initial design and any modifications that came up. The onsite installation team was efficient and timely while installing the closets in 355 apartments, 95% of which were occupied. For each apartment, we added a $50 amenity fee to increase the offered rent.

SCOPE OF WORK
Our team collaborated closely with the developer, general contractor, and architect to supply and install the project's kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and countertops. Every piece was crafted in Italy to custom specifications, ensuring quality and consistency across all 355 units. From delivery to installation, the process was handled with precision and efficiency, aligning seamlessly with the project's design vision and construction timeline.
